Therapy should be more than polite conversation—it should be a place where real insight and meaningful change occur. I work with adults and adolescents who want to understand themselves more clearly and move forward with intention. My approach is thoughtful, engaged, and person-centered, drawing from contemporary psychological theory while remaining grounded in practical human experience. Many of the people who seek out my work are thoughtful, capable individuals navigating moments of transition: evolving identity, shifting relationships, questions of meaning, or the quiet realization that something in life needs to change. I have particular experience working with identity development, LGBTQ+ themes, sobriety and recovery, and the deeper questions that shape purpose and direction. My work focuses on slowing things down enough to examine patterns, motivations, and internal conflicts with clarity. From there, meaningful change becomes possible. I maintain a small, carefully managed caseload so I can offer attentive, high-quality work to each client. Sessions are offered with flexible scheduling to accommodate the demands of busy lives.
Chaplaincy
I provide non-denominational chaplaincy services for wakes, memorials, and funerals, offering compassionate, flexible support during times of loss. Whether you're planning a simple gathering or a more formal service, I help create meaningful, personalized rituals that honor your loved one with care and respect.
Range: $150-$350.
